Irish Ferries approached the Madden team about a complete rebuild of a passenger deck for the Dublin Swift, previously known as the Westpac Express and on charter in the Far East with the US military.

Following an initial survey of the ship, our recommendation was to completely strip the existing deck before carrying out a full refit. A range of completely new, state of the art facilities from passenger areas to Wi-Fi and infrastructure such as CCTV were fitted by the Madden team. A further recommendation was that over 800 seats need to be upholstered. Once materials were agreed and certified, the Madden Team also carried out this work.
